In an effort to avoid the insane freak out of yesterday, I'm going about the tai chi in a different way. Trying to remember the steps on one side, translate it to the other side, remember the translation, and then reproduce it is very brain power intensive for me. Instead, I do a chunk of the form, write down what I did (using the colors of my tattoos instead of right and left, because that is thinking), have an AI flip the colors (so I don't have to think about it), then read the form and do it, being able to look back at what I have written if I can't remember. The part I did this morning was already much easier. My psychologist will be very happy that I worked on coming up with a solution rather than just continuing to make myself sick or not doing it at all.
