Waiting, Drawing
May. 7th, 2023 10:16 pmWe're still waiting to hear from the house inspector, so no news on that front.
Joel is off at a birthday party. It is great that we both have found friends here!!
My drawings of people are getting a bit better. Today's drawing wasn't perfect, as the head was a bit off and one thigh may have been a bit bigger than the other. Also the feet weren't quite right, but I don't think they were quite right in the original either. However, the person looks very persony. By the time I get to the end of this study process, I think I should reliably be able to draw a human from a reference sketch.
I finished up sewing a new t-shirt a couple of days ago (with the art and text from this), and today, I cut the fabric for two more shirts. One will have the art from an older shirt that I'll just cut out and sew, and one will be new. I look forward to more shirts!
