While I really wanted to have some milk or a piece of apple this afternoon, plus I've been dizzy and slurring my words, still I'm going to say that lowering my carbs has definitely helped a ton. I'm pretty nervous when I'm out and about, but that isn't really a shock. I'm not yowling before we go out, at least. So far, my knees haven't started buckling, so I'll think about what to do with my carbs tomorrow. For today, I'm just going to be glad that I've finally be able to accomplish some things. Yay!
