Unexpected Emotionality

Today, as planned, I went to the art supply store. I was excited about going, as I have a lot of stuff I want to make, so I need supplies. I took the bus into the center, walked around a little, and finally found the store. It took about 5 minutes before I felt like I was going to cry. I can't exactly tell you what the problem was. I hate spending money, and art supplies are expensive. However, art supplies generally get used up, so even if I get my old supplies back from Russia, it isn't like this is a terrible waste. I can go through acrylic paint pretty fast, especially if I'm working on a big project. I think it is more that I want my favorite paint brush and my sparkly blue paint. As we get our apartment here more in order, I think I'm missing the stuff that was in our Russian apartment more. Obviously, I'll be okay. Perhaps, this is just the reality of the change hitting home.
