First night

lillilahTonight will be our first night in the new place. The traffic is a bit loud, although we expect that will calm down a bit later. Our bed has been assembled and looks totally comfy. The washing machine doesn't seem to work. There is no stove, which has to be installed before the gas is turned on, so thus there is no hot water from the gas water heater. The kitchen sink is about the size of one you would find in a motor home. We still don't have a bank account or visas.
Overall, it isn't so bad. Joel is here with me. We are safe, in a wonderful city, and have enough money to pay people to help us solve many of the issues we are facing. I'm looking forward to having home internet and a more organized kitchen. And visas.
