I'm still having a nervous breakdown over impending immigration stuff. However, today, I managed to do yoga (just a little 10 minute thing (which says "for women" but doesn't seem to involve anything that men can't do)), leave the house, do a little writing, and do the first 16 steps of the tai chi routine, plus some other little things. While this isn't astounding, it is a real step forward. I would _really_ like to keep doing yoga. I don't have a lot of patience, muscle strength, or endurance, so 5-15 minutes is about perfect for me. I've done a pretty good job of keep to my "going out of the house six days a week" plan, which is awesome. If I can get a little further in the tai chi routine (I know almost 80 steps, I think), it would be all I really want in terms of physical exercise. Hopefully, immigration will be quick and painless (unlikely, but I can hope). Then, I can work on trying to really get into a slightly productive routine.
