Doing nothing, kind of
Apr. 13th, 2019 09:49 pmWell, today, after feeling pretty crappy on my walk (I was having problems moving, so I ended up staggering along in a somewhat robotic fashion), I decided that I would eat a ton of peanuts, since I was hungry (even after eating a lot) and feeling bad. As usual, that fixed it. I'm increasing my carbs to 134g/day. I'm also going to increase my calorie intake, since I may have gotten it too low (perhaps by as much as 10 calories). However, the staggering (and later dizziness) definitely means carbs. I have no idea what the nausea means. I also spent most of the afternoon and evening relaxing with games and then writing to a friend, so I don't think that I have to worry about having done too much (although I am nearly done with my work fixing the blood test portion of my health database). Anyway, hopefully, I'm going to be able to keep ahead of my body's demands. I really hope that I'm getting near the end of this. Sometimes, I think that this is what I get for getting Eris's apple tattooed on my shoulder. Of course, in reality, constant change is normal, especially for my screwed up body.
