We've now hit the bottom of the winter light trough and are starting to bounce back up. However, every light change results in a problem for me when it comes to how much vitamin D, magnesium, and calcium I need. Ugh. I've also been fighting my terrible stomach pain from the antibiotics. I made it through my social functions yesterday, even thought I was uncomfortable, and already today I'm in less pain. However, I had cut out vitamin D and magnesium, because I was quite anxious and not feeling tired. Today, though, I was depressed and exhausted. Eventually, after sitting by the front door and not taking my shoes off for like half an hour, I managed to get myself to take them off and then went and got some magnesium. Quite soon after taking it, I was able to smile again.
