lillilahRound two of the root canal (or whatever the hell is happening with my tooth) was significantly less painful than round one. It still took more than an hour of me holding my head at an angle while the dentist tried to clean out my tooth. There was some kind of machine that beeps a lot (I was going to ask what it was doing, but then I noticed that the things he was putting into my tooth were like long needles, and I decided I didn't want to know). There was also some liquid that was very chlorinated. I'm guessing that whatever was going on in my tooth was bad and needs to be killed off. The dentist seemed very pleased with the procedure (he said "very good" frequently), which is a good sign.
The down side is that it was pretty exhausting for me. My pulse was 115 while I was waiting. Now, I'm better, but I feel so completely wiped out. Of course, there are a thousand things I'd like to do, but it might be better to just lay down or read. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do a good job on any of my projects. Hmmm.... maybe I could crochet!
