Doing better
Aug. 17th, 2018 03:02 pmFinally, my head has stopped spinning around, and my anxiety isn't super-ultra-awful. Things are so good that yesterday, Joel and I were able to take a short train ride out to a little town and go for a walk there. (Obviously, this shouldn't be such a big achievement, but welcome to my life.) I attribute this in part to having gotten an appointment with an immigration lawyer. I also have one psychologist from Florida who seems like she may be able to see me. I'm still waiting on the Russian psychologists, but I know they are busy. I think that another part of it is that I just was not tolerating the phosphatidyl serine in conjunction with the DHEA. I'm down to only 200mg of PS in the morning (with 5mg of DHEA). I'm going to try increasing DHEA tomorrow to 10mg and see what happens. I might need to decrease my PS further, which I'm completely fine with, as PS is 17 times more expensive than DHEA for my current dosage. I'm really interested to see the results. I'll post about them, of course.
