CRAZY! and books

lillilahI started feeling a few little hot flashes about a month ago. Not like a ton and not very severe. Well, I've missed my period this month (like I did last year at this time). So, I have no idea what is going on with that, but something is happening. It is making me kind of moody. * sigh *
In better news, I am so happy with the books I've been reading and listening to lately. I just finished This Immortal by Roger Zelazny from 1966. There are some parts I don't love, but all in all it was a great book. After having read West With The Night by Beryl Markham and finishing up the most recent Murderbot book again, I just feel this swell of excitement about what I'll read next. I was kind of sad about books for a while there, when I couldn't find anything that I enjoyed. Thank goodness for the AI. Hopefully, between it and Joel, I'll continue to find books that really make me excited about reading.
