So, I started taking more calcium at night, which definitely helped me feel less gross during the day and helped with deep sleep. However, I was still exhausted by dinner time, so I added half of an additional calcium pill during the day. Too much! I had trouble falling asleep last night and didn't sleep well. Interestingly, though, I wasn't anxious, just awake. (I am more anxious today, though.) Anyway, I've cut it down to 1/4 of a calcium pill. Hopefully, it will be enough to keep me awake until bed time but not after bed time.
