More waking up

lillilahWell, as usual, the really powerful effects of a vitamin have dissipated over time. I am no longer sleeping through the night with the 0.3g magnesium dosage. However, I am still getting some deep sleep (also, I have seen some digestion improvements). I'm going to increase the magnesium just a bit to see what happens.
In other news, it is supposed to get really warm here, and since I'm convinced that when it is really warm the tap water is sketchy, I'm going to boil some water and put it in the fridge for tomorrow. If I boil some water every day, then I should be able to get through this hot stretch without unboiled drinking water. We'll see if it helps at all.
And speaking of putting things in the fridge, Joel has ordered a new one. It should be delivered on Friday evening. I am _so excited_!!! The current one came with the house, has mold on all the seals, is small, and freezes everything that touches the back wall. This one shouldn't be any wider, but it will be a bit taller and more modern. Hopefully, that means more efficient too. And with less freezing. There is a frozen slug stuck to the inside of the fridge in the back that we can't get off. I'm looking forward to that all being resolved.
