Ugh. I don't really pay a lot of attention to the passage of time. Now, it is sunnier, which I am happy about, but I forgot to think about how that will change how the calcium I take affects me. I have been pretty anxious recently. I thought it was maybe from trying to lose weight, as that definitely happens. However, it looks like it is just from taking calcium. I cut back to just one calcium pill in the morning and one at night, and I'm significantly less anxious. So, I need to remember to do this every year and then add in more calcium in the winter.
