Done!

Well, I am done! Today was the dentist, and she was very nice. She listened to what I needed, didn't try to up-sell me and had a reasonable plan for going forward. Also, happily, they don't use novocaine here, she says. I'm hoping that what they use is similar to the stuff they used in Russia, which was stronger and worked much better for me. On the flip side, I had to get up early, so I'm pretty sleepy now. That's okay, though.
