Better?

I think I'm doing better. I'm still coughing. My ears and nose are still clogged. Also, I've started getting my period, and my left leg is having a lot of shooting pain when I move it a way that it doesn't like. However, I've found that if I drink water when I want to cough, then I cough less, which is great. My sleep isn't especially good, but it definitely is not as bad as it was three days ago.

I made a lot of progress today finishing the edges of the "frames" on the drawers and cabinet doors for the hutch. I should be able to finish that tomorrow and work on making a tray to hold paintbrushes, since they are too tall to stay in my pencil holder and fit on a shelf in the hutch. I'm getting so close to being able to paint something. I can't wait. So much prep....

In sewing news, I sewed up the front of my hoodie, and Joel has been hard at work sewing us a tablecloth for the sideboard in the kitchen. I feel like we are very slowly building a little home here.

In immigration news, I got a response from our immigration guide, and it seems that I guessed wrong about what info they needed for medical insurance. I'm so glad that I was able to show it to her first. Phew! I'm going to try to get everything printed tomorrow, so that it will be done.
