Another anxious but good day

Once again, I spent a lot of today being very anxious. However, I also did a lot of things that I wanted to do (in small servings) and generally had an okay time (while being anxious). I am most pleased that I managed to work on writing. I also recorded the podcast, which was a bit ridiculous, as I did it while hiding under a towel to try to keep the echoes down. Joel is off at the jam session, and I'm going to do some meditation and then head to bed.
