Progress

Joel has finished the power tool part of the paint removal on the new house. Yay! I think he still has some scraping of old paint by hand to do, but progress was made. Unfortunately, while I was able to pick up a delivery that had been waiting for a while, I wasn't able to set up internet for the new house. The website for the ISP said that there is fiber at the new place, but when I went to the store to get everything organized, the lady said that there isn't actually fiber. So, after much looking around, it looks like our only option is a router that uses cellular internet. I think we used it in Oregon, and if it was okay 10 years ago for Skype and stuff, probably it will be okay now. I need to go back out to the ISP's store tomorrow to get that all set up, since I'm not sure exactly about what the website says in some parts. I also have a dentist appointment tomorrow, so it will yet another busy day.

In other news, I finally got to work on cloud painting today, and I am slowly making progress on that front. I also read a story for the writing club's secret santa story exchange on Saturday, which was fun. I'll definitely try to organize another one next year.

I haven't been doing too much else, since I've been going back and forth to the new house with Joel.
