All our deliveries came! Yay! There has been a lot of waiting. Today, Joel went up to the new house to start getting the chunks of flaking paint and concrete off the walls. He says that the house is happily dry inside despite all the rain we have had, which is nice to hear. I should be able to go up tomorrow to see it myself and help with some of the work.

I have improved my clouds. I have had to really work on not making them too dark. It is especially hard, as the paint is darker when dry. I think I probably need to touch up a couple of bits (I can see a spot that is too dark and there are a few that aren't white enough), but I've mainly moved on to another cloud. I'm definitely getting better at this. I use a light, slightly warmer gray in the closer, upper section of the clouds and a slightly darker, slightly bluer gray in the lower bits. I have to spent a lot of time blending. It is much easier to do if I use transparent/translucent white, as it doesn't overpower everything like titanium white does. On the other hand, to make the really white, really distinct fluffy bits, titanium white is necessary. The biggest thing I see with clouds is that there are tons of different shades of gray making up different structures. To make the top one look more realistic, I ended up making some of the upper structures more defined. However, it is looking quite good now.

I'm still moody. I think the cold is a problem for me. At least, I seem to get much more fussy when I'm cold. I'm also coughing up a lot of goo. This time, it seemed to be right after my shower. Is it because the steam is from the icky water that then gets into my lungs? No idea. I'm looking forward to tomorrow, even though it will be cold at the new house too.
