Happy Portuguese Moment

My friends at writers group helped me practice Portuguese. One of the ladies spoke really slowly with clear pauses between the words. I couldn't understand at all without the pauses, but with pauses, I was just fine. She says that I need to practice speaking more and spend less time worrying that I'm saying the wrong thing. Of course, she is right.
