It seems that after two weeks of feeling horrible, I may be feeling better. This mess appears to be because I replaced avocados for breakfast with dried coconut. Today, I ate sunflower seeds instead, which have more B5 and some other vitamins than coconut, and I seem like I may be coming out of my funk. Please, please, please let this work. I hate feeling terrible.
