New flavor of crazy

I've noticed recently that I'm having a lot more flashing of remembering being in a certain place. I hear something, and I'm back at my mom's art gallery. I do something else, and I'm in another location (I told Joel, but I can't remember now). I'm guessing that this is a neurofeedback effect. Also, my anxiety is pretty bad.
