Neurofeedback and sewing

lillilahHad another neurofeedback appointment. Went less well than previously. I struggled more to make good brain waves. Physical therapy was stressful, as I get the impression that the nice physical therapist thinks I'm anxious about walking rather than understanding that I have anxiety problems. Anyway, I'll talk to my psychologist about how to explain to him.
After coming home and zoning out for a while, I sewed up another pair of underwear, so those are done. I'm going to work on the winter pants now, as it is winter, and I need them. Also, I'm going to use some of the extra fabric to make a new winter hat and a new sleeping hat, which I pull down over my eyes when I sleep. It started out as something to help cope with the light at night in Russia in summer, and now, I just always use it when I sleep. However, when I have to wash it, I'd like to be able to have a second one. I need a new winter hat, because the one from Russia has shrunk too much from a lot of washings, and I can't use it anymore.
No news on the water heater front.
