Brain issues

A dog came out of a yard to bark at me on my walk today, and every time it moved toward my legs, I was concerned. So, I made sure to face the dog so that I could wack it with one of my sticks if it decided to bite me. To do that, I had to move without looking at the road. It is three hours later, and I'm still pretty brain-fogged from it. Oh, brain.
