Poor Stomach

My poor stomach went so nuts today. Maybe because I had to go see the cardiologist (who saw me for 5 minutes, said all is fine and to come back in a year). I wasn't worried. Anyway, I was so useless from anxiety that I had to listen to a Murderbot novel, because I could not get myself to do anything else. Of course, I felt better pretty quickly, but my stomach didn't get better, as it usually takes a while. Hopefully, with lots of pain killers, it will calm down. Also, it is getting chilly here. It is kind of a surprise. I'm going to need to pull out my warmer clothing.
