To Do

I put off a lot of things that needed to be done until after our immigration appointment. Now, it is after the appointment, so there are a bunch of things to do. Today, I finished tracking down and inputting into my travel database all the information about flights for our trip to the US. I'm glad that is done. Since the roof is done, it is time to actually clean the floors, as there will hopefully be fewer people tracking in mud (and filth from the attic). So, yeah, a lot to do. On the other hand, I feel more capable of dealing with it than I do some other times.

Also, today, I finished painting gesso on all the things that need gesso. I think tomorrow I'll mark out the areas on the watercolor paper for all the various pieces of artwork. That way I can paint in the sand-colored background for everything but the sphinxes.
