I'm just finishing up one of my projects. I think Joel doesn't eat enough vegetables (according to my calculations, based on what he eats and the US RDA for various vitamins), and he says that it is often just because he forgets. I thought that making them more obvious in the fridge would help. Conveniently, mushrooms often come in little wooden cartons, so I have been saving them to use for vegetable storage. This is the first box.
