It is lovely here now. I've got a lot of stuff that needs doing, but for the moment, I feel like I'm on top of it. I did some hat mockups and decided to try making a bucket hat first, since it is simple and the brim doesn't need much structural integrity. I'll make it light on the outside and a bit darker on the inside. We'll see how it works out.

I've also been reading a cool new book, called Colony One. It is a space colonization book, but so far seems better than the other ones I've read. I don't hate the characters, it is exciting without being stressful, and it isn't presenting such a depressing future that I don't want to read it. So, that's pretty good. Hopefully, it will continue to be that way.
